Texas Fajita Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 lb. shredded cooked pork or beef
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), cut up
1 c. Lawry's Fajitas Skillet Sauce
1 (7 oz.) can whole corn, drained
1/2 c. tomato juice or beer
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In large skillet, saute onion and bell pepper in oil for 10 minutes or until tender.
Stir in kidney beans, shredded meat, tomatoes, Skillet Sauce, corn, tomato juice and chili powder. Bring to boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
