Pumpkin Butterscotch Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. Libby's solid pack pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped walnuts, divided
2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a large mixer bowl, beat pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Stir in dry ingredients just until blended.
Stir in 1 cup of walnuts.
Spread into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with butterscotch morsels and remaining nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
