Sugar-Free Blueberry Banana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen blueberries
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 bananas
baked pie shell
Cool Whip or whipped cream (optional)
Preparation

Combine blueberries and concentrated apple juice.
Cook until bubbly.
Mix 4 tablespoons juice with cornstarch and return to blueberry-apple juice mixture.
Continue cooking until thickened. Add almond and cinnamon.
Pour over sliced bananas into pie shell. Top with whipped cream, sweetened with Equal if desired.
