Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
    1 c. chopped green onions and tops
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped (2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    large tortilla chips
Preparation
    Peel and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. Spread bean dip on a shallow serving platter.
    Top with seasoned avocado mixture.
    Layer with sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with shredded cheese.
    Serve chilled with chips.
    Makes 16 appetizer servings.
