Flounder With Chunky Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes in puree mashed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. prepared spicy brown mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 drops Tabasco
    1 lb. flounder fillets
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients
    except
    fish in large skillet. Cook tomato mixture
    over high heat, stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes or
    until
    sauce
    is
    thickened.
    Reduce
    heat.
    Add fillets.
    Spoon some sauce
    on top of each fillet.
    Cook 10 to 12 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
