Salmi Of Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 ducks
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 chopped carrot
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. consomme
    1 bay leaf
    2 whole cloves
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer ducks in salt water
    2 1/2 hours.
    Remove breast from bone; cut off legs and thighs.
    Remove skin.
