Amish Baked Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    Garnish with warm milk
Preparation
    Stir together oats, brown sugar, milk, butter, eggs, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until edges are golden.
    Immediately spoon into individual serving bowls and pour milk over.
    Will serve 6.
