English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans English peas, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 ribs celery
    1 stick margarine
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and celery in margarine.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Bake in a greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be prepared the day before serving.
    Allow more time for heating.
    Serves 10 to 12.
