Never Fail Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Put into bowl as given but don't mix until all ingredients are added.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
