Ingredients

1 can beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1/4 c. beet liquid
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour. Add water and vinegar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add salt, butter and beets. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Cut off and serve warm. Good with pork.
