Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boiled shrimp, ground
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
    10 green onions, minced
    mayonnaise, hot sauce, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dill seed
    3 or 4 cloves garlic
    4 c. vinegar, 5% acidity (Heinz)
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. salt
Preparation
    Bring to boil and pour vinegar mixture over okra to top.
    Seal tightly.
    Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    Let stand three weeks before using.
    Chill well before serving.
