Turkey-Potato Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. turkey, skinned and boned
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    4 small potatoes, sliced
    2 c. fat-skimmed chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim fat from turkey and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Cook turkey, onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until turkey is slightly brown and vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until vegetables are barely tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until most of liquid has evaporated.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Makes 4 servings.
