Oven-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) fresh or frozen cod or other fish fillets
    nonstick spray coating
    3 Tbsp. seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 slightly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
    Measure thickness of fish.
    Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick spray coating; set aside.
