Hot Pepper Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion or juice
    5 to 6 garlic cloves
    2 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. olive oil
    cucumbers
    hot peppers
    vinegar (white or cider)
Preparation
    In hot quart jars, pack with ingredients.
    Boil vinegar; pour in jars and seal quickly with hot lids.
    Ready to eat in 2 weeks. Really good aged for 9 to 12 months.
