Summer Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. or less sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 large can Carnation milk
Preparation

Dissolve lemon gelatin in water.
To cream cheese, add sugar. Cream well and add juice of lemon.
Beat contents of Carnation milk until stiff.
(Have milk very cold.)
Add other ingredients and pour into cracker crust and chill overnight.
