Leek And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. leeks
    3 stalks celery
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. milk
    1 lb. kielbasa, boiled (have ready)
Preparation
    In pan, melt 1/4 cup oleo; add 2 cups sliced fine leeks and the celery.
    Cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add the water. Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add the potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
    Cook about 15 minutes longer until potatoes are soft.
    Add the milk and prepared kielbasa, cut in chunks.
    Cook and season to taste.
