Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 small chicken
    1 stalk celery, cut in half
    1 small onion (whole)
    1 carrot
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix flour, milk and egg to form a soft dough.
    Knead about 20 times and roll out onto a well floured surface, adding flour to produce a manageable dough (1/4-inch thick).
    Cut dough into 1/2-inch square.
