Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. crackers, finely crumbled
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1 large green pepper, finely chopped
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. catsup
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl until well mixed.
    Place mixture into loaf pan or make several individual (small) loaves and place in covered baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Drain excess grease from dish and pour as much catsup as desired on top of meat loaves and bake for 20 more minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
