Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Form 1 1/2-inch balls and lightly brown enough to seal all sides.
    Remove from pan and set aside.
    To the grease left in pan, add 3 bouillon cubes melted in 3 (beef) cups of water and 1 can chicken broth (small College Inn can).
    Mix flour and water to make a paste and use this to make a gravy. After gravy thickens, add sliced mushrooms and 1 large container sour cream.
    Stir well and add the meatballs.
    Keep covered and use a low heat only to simmering and simmer for about 15 or 20 minutes. Serve over egg noodles or as is as an hors d'oeuvre.
