Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
    Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chicken.
    Dip chicken breasts in egg white and then roll in crushed corn flakes until coated well on both sides.
    Place chicken on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Large chicken breasts may take longer.
    (A low-fat recipe.)
