Chili (Bowl Of Red) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 celery stalk, chopped fine
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. oil
    4 lb. lean ground beef
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 c. green chili salsa
    3/4 c. chili powder
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 whole chopped jalapeno from canned jalapeno chilies
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, saute first 4 ingredients in hot oil until tender.
    Add meat, 1 pound at a time, stirring until meat loses redness.
    Drain.
    Add water and remaining ingredients, stirring after each addition.
