Melon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cantaloupe melons
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and cut into smaller pieces
    2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 c. seedless grapes, halved
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Cut melons in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds, stringy pulp and some of the meat, leaving a shell about 1 1/2-inches wide.
    Fill hollows with paper towels and invert on more paper towels to dry.
