Frank'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
1 small can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. rice (raw)
Preparation

Saute butter, celery, onion and peppers.
Add all other ingredients.
Place in covered dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
You can put pork chops, chicken or sausage in with rice to cook.
