Pico De Gallo Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 serrano or jalapeno chilies, stems and seeds removed and finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. canola oil
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation

Be sure all ingredients are finely chopped.
Combine ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
