Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. leg of lamb
garlic powder
salt
pepper
oregano
Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef consomme
1 c. red wine Burgundy
Preparation

Rub garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce on lamb.
Bake roast at 350\u00b0, adding can of consomme and cup of Burgundy wine.
Baste meat frequently and reduce temperature to 325\u00b0 in last hour of roasting.
If desired, you may add onions, carrots and potato to meat at this time.
For 4 to 6 lb. leg of lamb, cook 2 1/3 to 3 hours for medium done or 3 1/2 to 4 hours for well done.
