Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. rich chicken broth
    2 c. diced onions
    2 c. diced green pepper
    3 c. diced green onions
    6 c. crumbled corn bread
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in margarine until crisp (not soft).
    Add to bread crumbs; add black pepper and garlic powder.
    Then salt to taste.
    Stir and mix well.
    Add chicken stock next.
    Mix well.
    Fold (raw) green onions into mixture. Mixture must be real soft.
    Add more stock if necessary.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until dressing is firm and brown.
