Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cucumbers
    1 red onion
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
    1` Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Wash and run a fork down the sides of the cucumbers to make a design so the white shows through the green.
    Then slice in thin slices.
    Slice the red onion and make thin rings.
    Place in bowl and toss; add the rest of the ingredients in a jar and blend, then toss with the cukes and onions.
    Chill about 1 hour and serve.
