Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini, packed
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Beat in oil, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
    Beat in zucchini, sifted flour, salt, cinnamon, soda and baking powders.
    Then fold in nuts.
    Bake in two well-greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
