Coconut Walnut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla and beat on medium speed until well blended. Alternately add buttermilk and flour, beating well after each addition.
    Fold in nuts and coconut.
    Spoon batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until top springs back when touched.
