Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped thawed broccoli
1 2/3 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 stick oleo

Preparation

Combine broccoli, 2/3 cup stuffing, corn, egg, 2 tablespoons butter, onion, salt and pepper.
Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Mix 1 cup stuffing mix and 1/2 stick oleo together; sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6.
