Chicken And Thyme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
10 oz. chicken broth
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. dry white wine (optional)
Preparation

Coat the chicken in 1 to 2 tablespoons flour.
Brown for 5 minutes in 1 tablespoon oil.
Turn and brown for another 5 minutes in the 2nd tablespoon oil.
Remove chicken from pan.
Add butter and chopped onion with the rest of the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add chicken broth, lemon juice, thyme and wine.
Stir until thickened and simmering.
Add chicken and cook gently, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Good with rice.
