Whole Wheat Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. unbleached white flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Place the flours, baking soda and cinnamon in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
    In a smaller bowl, beat the egg and add the buttermilk and oil.
    Lightly oil and then heat the waffle iron. Stir the egg mixture into the dry ingredients just until combined. Bake the batter on the hot waffle iron.
