Butterscotch Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread cubes
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place bread cubes in buttered 2 1/2-cup casserole.
    Beat eggs slightly; stir in margarine, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and raisins.
    Pour mixture over bread cubes.
    Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with cream or Cool Whip. Yields 2 servings.
