Moist Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and salt
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (except sugar) in bowl.
    Add oil, buttermilk and bananas.
    Beat eggs until foamy and thick. Gradually add sugar.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients.
    Pour into greased and floured 8-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with Caramel or Cream Cheese Icing.
