Aunt Babe'S Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks margarine
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 large eggs

Preparation

Melt chocolate with margarine in pan on low.
Stir in nuts until well coated.
Combine sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla.
Mix only until well blended.
Don't beat.
Add chocolate mixture and carefully mix.
Fill cupcake cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
