Ingredients

3/4 c. fresh pineapple, cored and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1/2 c. red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 c. yellow pepper, cut in 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 c. finely chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tsp. packed brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine pineapple, red and yellow pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
