Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet red peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
    2 scallions, coarsely chopped
    2 hot peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    12 sprigs fresh coriander
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Serve with crisp tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups.
