Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all and pour into buttered dish.
Cover with Topping.
