Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 stick oleo
1 c. quick oats
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs

Preparation

Pour boiling water over oleo and quick oats.
Cover and let stand 20 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Stir all together with the oat mixture.
Bake 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
