Meat Ball Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. dry fine bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix (split 3/4 and 1/4)
1 can (1 1/4 c.) brown gravy
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 medium 1-inch cut carrots
1 medium onion, quartered
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Shape into 12 balls; brown in fat.
Blend remaining sauce mix with gravy and water.
Add to meat with vegetables; simmer covered 50 to 60 minutes.
