Vidalia Onions With Balsamic Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    2 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    fresh thyme or basil
Preparation
    Cut onions into wedges. Combine all ingredients and pour over onions. Roast at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally, until tender.
