Ingredients

2 c. fresh pineapple, cut into chunks or 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in pineapple juice, drained
2 tangerines or oranges, sectioned and cut into small pieces
1 banana, peeled and diced, coated with 1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 c. strawberries, hulled and quartered
1/2 c. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1 c. sugar-free lemon soda
Preparation

Combine pineapple chunks, tangerines, banana, strawberries, orange juice concentrate and soda in a large bowl; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Makes about 16 half-cup servings.
Each serving is 53 calories.
