Poulet D'Artichoke - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    2 2/3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/4 c. soft bread cubes or bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    olive oil
    2 cloves garlic or powder
    1 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook artichokes per package, adding a little olive oil and garlic cloves.
    Drain cooked artichokes and arrange in a greased baking dish or 8 individual ramekins.
    Spread cooked chicken on top of artichokes (1/3 per ramekin).
