Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
    2 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (divided)
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 c. pecans, celery, green peppers, onion and seasoning salt until thoroughly blended.
    Shape into 2 - 8 inch logs.
    Roll in remaining pecans and chill.
    Yields 2 - 8 inch logs.
