Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) pie crust
    1/2 pkg. spinach
    1/2 pkg. mushrooms, cut up
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    pinch of dill weed
    pinch of basil
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie crust until light brown.
    Steam spinach, mushrooms and onion.
    Drain well and set aside.
    Mix eggs, mayonnaise, dill weed, basil and parsley.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Spread steamed vegetables into crust.
    Pour egg mixture over top of vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
