Golden Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popped corn
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn as directed, omitting butter and salt.
    Pour into large, greased baking pan.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Bring to boil; boil 5 minutes, without stirring.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour syrup over corn, tossing to coat evenly.
    Heat in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool corn.
    It becomes crisp.
