Creamy Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; stir well.
    Store in a Ziploc plastic bag.
