Campfire Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes
    1 onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Chop potatoes into bite size pieces; chop onion too.
    Put chopped onion and potatoes on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and water.
    Seal tightly and place on hot grill approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Turn occasionally.
    Great when topped with Ranch dressing.
