Creamy Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, cut into small pieces with stem out
4 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
sunflower seeds
Preparation

Steam broccoli until tender.
In a separate saucepan, put margarine, shredded cheese and 1/2 cup milk.
Stir with fork constantly until smooth.
Add more milk if you desire a thinner sauce.
Pour cheese sauce over broccoli.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
