Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 eggplant, peeled and fried in egg and cracker crumbs until brown
 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
14 oz. spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Put eggplant in dish and add Parmesan cheese and cover with spaghetti sauce.
 
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
